The Gundlach Mount-X hand cutter is an excellent tool for cutting foamcore, Gatorfoam, Coraplast, etc. Its innovative design makes it the quickest opening/closing slotted razor-blade knife available. No tools are needed to change the Gundlach Mount-X blade - simply push the button at the rear of the knife, swing the knife open, change the blade and squeeze the knife shut. When it clicks, the knife is closed and locked. Additional blades are always close by as up to five blades can be stored in the handle. The knife's full size, nonslip handle is comfortable to use. It features a thumb-guard that provides safety for the operator and allows for increased cutting pressure and control. As well, the slim nose profile allows an unobstructed view of the cutting edge.
